I'm a new author and I've been working on several books. The thing I've been working on for a while is a six part series called the Everlasting Series. I don't want to give too much away because the books are the most different from the rest of my writings so they have lots and lots of hidden secrets and more depth than any charecter anyone could ever create. I don't think of my self as "creating" these charecters -- I think that they were always there waiting for me to document their story. That's what i think being an author is. When I first got the idea of the books, I didn't expect it to become a big series with thrills and kills -- i expected it to be a little hobby to work on when I got bored. But then my charecters would talk to me. . .they would MAKE me document them. I would sit down every day and follow their stories -- I would become more intrigued every day. My charecters would amaze me with either their strength or their weaknesses. Everything I saw reminded me of my charecters. I would think of little things they could say to each other while I was at school or when I was out with my friends, then I would rush home to type it in somewhere. I would use pictures to inspire myself or if I found one that reminded me of a scene in the books I would save it and use it to inspire the beauty or disgust of that scene.




I've also been working on some other projects. I've been writing three adult novels at the moment and two teenage novels (apart from the Everlasting books). Most of my writings are "chick-lit" or "teen-lit", again, except for the Everlasting Series. My chick-lit novels are:

*Untitled (I can't think of a name for it but it's about a Manhattan wedding planner)
*The Diary
*Fame

My teen-lit novels are called

*I (Heart) The Water
*LA Office

I've had other ideas for novels but I never really expanded on them. Maybe in the near future we will hear from my characters who haven't had their chance to talk yet.
